Overview Introduction

The starting point of Anova Agri - a member of NovaGroup Investment and Economic Development Corporation - is Thanh Nhon Trading Company Limited, established in 1992. Up to now, Anova Agri has become a leading unit in the agricultural sector. The Corporation has always played a leading role in providing comprehensive and optimal solutions for livestock farmers including veterinary medicine, vaccines, animal feed, high-tech livestock solutions... Since 2019, Anova Agri has officially invested in the food sector and supplied the market with safe and quality products. All have clear traceability, creating trust for consumers. 2021 marks an important milestone when Anova Agri builds a strategy to diversify its industries, from agriculture to consumption. In 2022, Anova Agri successfully issued shares of Anova Agri Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: NCG) to the public (IPO) and became a public company from the end of March 2022. In 2022, Anova Agri also completed the M&A deal to indirectly own a company in the FMCG sector. On October 26, 2023, Anova Agri shares (stock code: NCG) were officially traded on the Upcom Trading System.

Successfully registered to trade shares on the Upcom stock exchange managed by the Hanoi Stock Exchange ("HNX")
2022

- Nova Consumer Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: NCG) successfully issued shares to the public (IPO) and officially became a public company from the end of March 2022. The company successfully offered shares to the public for the first time. Charter capital increased to VND 1,197,843,250,000

- Completed M&A deal to indirectly own FMCG company – AnCo Family Food Joint Stock Company

2021

Anova Joint Stock Company changed its name to Nova Consumer Group Joint Stock Company (Nova Consumer), building a strategy to diversify its business lines, from agriculture to consumer goods
2017
Bung Rieng Pig Farm of Anova Farm Joint Stock Company is the first to receive Global G.A.P certification in the Vietnamese market
2015
Anova Farm Joint Stock Company (a member company of the Company) officially invested in the field of breeding pig and fattening farms
2014
Anova Biotech Joint Stock Company (a member company of the Company) officially came into operation, specializing in distributing imported, high-quality vaccines in the Vietnamese market

Honored to be selected by the State as a strategic shareholder and officially become a shareholder of the only two vaccine production units in Vietnam:

The predecessor was N and M Trading Company Limited (business registration number: 049249 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on September 30, 1996). The Company has converted to a joint stock company and changed its name to N and M Joint Stock Company (business registration number: 4103002884 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City for the first time on November 19, 2004)
