The event was attended by leading professors, prestigious economic research experts at home and abroad, leaders of VNR500 Enterprises and press and media agencies.
The Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam 2021 is based on the results of independent research and evaluation according to international standards conducted by Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company, announced by Vietnamnet Newspaper. This title aims to recognize and honor the worthy achievements of large-scale enterprises with effective and sustainable production and business activities in the context of many difficulties and challenges caused by the COVID-19 crisis.
Over the past decade, the VNR500 brand has not only represented important leading enterprises of the Vietnamese economy but also served as a launching pad to support enterprises in building prestige in domestic and foreign markets.
This is also an event marking the strong steps for Nova Consumer's remarkable growth in 2021.

Nova Consumer was renamed from Anova - a Group with more than 29 years of experience in the agricultural sector. Based on the solid development foundation of Anova Group, Nova Consumer continues to invest, promote research, gradually automate agricultural production, provide many innovative methods and new breeding techniques, to bring consumers quality products, enhance value for Vietnam's agricultural industry.
Nova Consumer continues to perfect the 3F model (Feed - Farm - Food) - a closed food production chain "From farm to table", at the same time investing and developing consumer products: food, beverages and nutrition.
According to the development strategy, by 2025, Nova Consumer will develop 150 consumer product distribution agents; 250,000 points of sale; 1,200 agricultural product distribution agents. In parallel with traditional sales models, the enterprise also distributes through e-commerce channels and exports to more than 26 markets around the world.
In early 2022, Nova Consumer was granted an Initial Public Offering Certificate by the State Securities Commission. Accordingly, Nova Consumer will conduct an initial public offering of 10.9 million shares at a minimum offering price of VND43,462/share. After completing the initial public offering, Nova Consumer will carry out procedures to list on HoSE, expected in Q2/2022.
