On the afternoon of January 14, 2019, at the Reverie Saigon Hotel, Anova Corp Group held a meeting with leaders of all member companies on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2019. Attending the meeting were Ms. Nguyen Thanh Bich Thuy - Advisor of Novaland Group, Ms. Vo Thi Thu Van - Head of the Board of Supervisors of Novaland Group and the presence of more than 130 senior representatives from member companies of Anova Corp Group.

At the meeting, the Group's Board of Directors informed about the context and results of the Group's production and business situation in 2018, which was the merger of Sugarcane Corporation II, Binh Duong Agricultural Development Joint Stock Company and La Nga Sugar Corporation. This is a stepping stone to expand business into the food sector, becoming a corporation providing a clean, safe, traceable food chain to fulfill the mission of "Contributing to improving animal health - Improving consumer culture and protecting public health."

In addition, the Group is very proud and honors the 3 member companies with the best business results and efficiency in 2018: Thanh Nhon Joint Stock Company, Bio Pharmachemie Company and Anova JV Company. These are typical companies of the Group that have constantly improved themselves and strived to complete the plan, especially the financial targets of the past year.

In the ceremony of handing over new tasks for 2019, 14 member companies were unanimous and determined to commit to achieving and exceeding the targets assigned by the Group. To carry out these new tasks as well as the transformation of the Group, “Solidarity – Dynamism – Creativity” will be the guiding principle for all activities in 2019.

The Group’s Board of Directors and leaders of member companies visited and wished each other a happy new year, respectfully and gratefully thanked the tireless dedication of the staff and employees over the past year, which has contributed to the success of the Group today.
