As of February 22, the day of the Nova Consumer Stock Introduction Workshop - Investment Potential and Opportunities, the Company had received investment proposals from foreign investors with a value more than twice the expected offering quantity, along with many other investors' interests.

After the Workshop, the rate of investors’ interest increased significantly compared to the offering quantity. The Company decided to approve the offering price based on the previously announced distribution principle. Nova Consumer aims to achieve a revenue of over 1 billion USD after 5 years of entering the Consumer Goods market, corresponding to an average growth rate of over 50% per year. In addition to expanding the distribution system, the company will promote product research and development and M&A activities to quickly have a diverse product portfolio, focusing on three main industry groups: Food, Beverages & Nutrition. In which, dynamic and modern beverage products will be the focus.

The enterprise produces agricultural and livestock products, traceable to the origin of farms in the Southern region and the Central Highlands. Specifically, tea and coffee grown in the Central Highlands, especially Cau Dat farm, will be produced by Nova Consumer into bottled and instant drinks or other consumer products. Milk from the farm in Binh Duong will be processed into modern bottled fruit milk products aimed at young consumers and teenagers. Livestock products including pigs and chickens will be processed into a variety of products, from fresh meat to processed foods.

From 2025, the Company will strongly develop O2O (Online to Offline) distribution platforms, helping to better connect distributors and stores with Nova Consumer, thereby creating direct links with 250,000 points of sale and indirectly up to over 400,000 points of sale.
